The Skytrax 2025 World Airport Survey has just opened. Skytrax claims that the survey is the world’s largest airport customer satisfaction survey – covering some 570 airports, with over 100 nationalities participating. The total number of participants hasn’t been disclosed, but it must be a lot. The survey covers five categories of which, for me, best airport shopping is the most relevant one. The five categories are:
- Best Airport
- Best Airport Shopping
- Best Airport Staff
- Best Airport Dining
- Best Airport Hotel
The survey is open from August to March of the following year. The results are then announced in April as the World Airport Awards.
This is the only chance passengers have to express their opinions on airport performance, so make your voice heard by participating in the survey.
